Cromocol strengthens its position in material testing and quality control through the acquisition of LabroTek Oy
Cromocol has entered into an agreement to acquire 80% of the shares in LabroTek Oy, a leading provider of material testing and quality control equipment in Finland.
LabroTek Oy, headquartered in Oulu Finland, has established itself over the years as a reliable partner in testing equipment for various industries. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to its customers.
